Terms, Laws and Shipping

Payment: At this time I only accept certified or cashiers checks, and cash (in person). If you are mailing payment please do not send cash thru the mail.

Laws: All transactions will be done in a manner to conform to the applicable Federal and State laws. If the law requires a gun to be shipped to an FFL it is the buyers responsibility to locate a dealer that will receive the gun. A signed, in blue or red, copy of the FFL is required prior to shipment.

Shipment: Unless otherwise requested, and any difference is paid by buyer, all guns will be shipped via FedEx. Standard shipping fees will be $25.00 on long guns, $20.00 for one hand gun, $30.00 on a pair of hand guns. Multiple guns will be shipped for less than the standard times the number of guns and will be quoted at time of purchase. All shipments will include insurance and I reserve the right to ship long guns in a "taken down" manner. This will eleminate or at least reduce the chance of damage to the gun and especially the stocks.

Claims for damage in shipment: Although rare, it does happen. If a gun is damaged in shipment the buyer will have the choice of keeping the gun and having the damage repaired or returning the gun for a full refund. Example, on a 97, if a stock is damaged there are four options to consider. I purchase a new replacement stock and deliver to buyer at no cost to buyer. I purchase a used original stock and deliver to buyer at no cost to buyer. Buyer sends me estimate of repairs and I submit claim to carrier and reimburse buyer for repairs. Return the gun to me and I will refund the full purchase price, including shipping fees.
