This is a consignment sale. I have gone thru the gun to ensure a safe and proper working condition. Winchester 1897, 12 gauge, 30″ Full Choke Barrel, smooth shiny bore, forcing cone opened, good wood no cracks or splits, Winchester logo black butt plate, take down model, “E” series, exterior of the barrel has pitting but no rust as it appears to have been reblued, missing front bead sight but hole is there. Action works as it should, feeds, cycles, extracts well and ejects like a rocket. Take down works but is tight. A good gun for hunting or CAS. Must ship to an FFL.
